Sarah completed her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2021 and is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland. She published her first book in the Spring of 2018 which serves as a memoir of how she survived an unexpected turn in her life when she learned her marriage was over.
She continues to think deep about how to live life well in light of love, loss and other mishaps.
Life in Perspective is her unfolding story as she reflects on her journey and what she’s learning along the way.
